Built in 1985 on the former Goldsmith Building site, this structure was designed by Chicago architect Harry Weese and ranked as Milwaukee's second tallest building upon completion.

The center contains 654,165 square feet of office space, two parking structures with 1,400 spaces, and maintains 24-hour security staff throughout the year.
