360 State Street, Mixed-use skyscraper in New Haven, Connecticut.

The 338-foot tall 360 State Street building contains 500 apartments across 31 floors and includes 25,000 square feet of retail space.

The construction site previously housed Shartenberg's Department Store, which operated from 1915 until its closure in 1962 before the skyscraper's completion in 2010.

The building received the 2009 New York Construction Top Project of the Year award and represents modern urban development in Connecticut's architectural landscape.

Residents benefit from direct access to State Street train station, offering connections to New York, while Union Station provides routes to Boston, Hartford, and Washington DC.

The structure earned LEED Platinum certification through features like energy-recapturing elevators, electric car charging stations, and recycling rooms on each floor.
