Bridge Valley Bridge, Stone arch bridge in Warwick Township, Pennsylvania

Bridge Valley Bridge spans across Neshaminy Creek with eight arches, each measuring 27 feet in length and constructed from ashlar stone materials.

The bridge, completed in 1804 by builder Phillip Millar, served regional transportation needs until 1970 and gained National Register recognition in 1984.

The Neo-Classical design of Bridge Valley Bridge reflects the architectural principles and engineering capabilities of early nineteenth-century American infrastructure.

Located at coordinates 40°16′34″N and 75°05′00″W, north of Hartsville, the bridge structure occupies approximately 0.1 acres of land.

The structure incorporates rubble and dirt infill between its stone walls, demonstrating construction techniques specific to early American bridge engineering.
