Crandon International Off-Road Raceway, Racetrack
Crandon International Off-Road Raceway is an off-road racing track in Wisconsin set on 400 acres surrounded by woods and granite formations. The 1.75-mile dirt surface features varied sections with different grades and curves, viewable from multiple spectator areas around the facility.
The track was founded in the 1970s and became a preferred venue for off-road racing. It gained prominence hosting the World Championship Off-Road Races, held annually around Labor Day for over 50 years.
The name derives from its location in Crandon, Wisconsin, where the facility has been a gathering place for off-road enthusiasts for decades. Visitors experience a community where drivers and spectators share a passion for motorsport and celebrate together.
The facility offers more than 2,300 grass camping sites for tents and RVs, plus multiple viewing areas including a large grandstand and a hillside grass section. Visitors find food stands, restrooms, and parking on-site, with gates opening early in the morning.
The facility includes a 100-acre off-road park with trails for ATV and UTV riders that connects directly to the racing track. Visitors can switch between watching races and riding on the off-road trails.
