Creekside Gahanna, Mixed-use development in Gahanna, United States.

The complex spans 240,000 square feet along Big Walnut Creek, integrating retail spaces, residential units, and commercial buildings in downtown Gahanna.

Construction began in May 2005 following a city request for proposals in 2003, with the official opening taking place on May 1, 2008.

The development includes performance stages, public plazas, and parks where residents gather for community events and local celebrations throughout the year.

The property contains 71 residential condominiums and 100,000 square feet of commercial space, including restaurants, shops, and the Metropolitan Emergency Communications Center.

Natural limestone walls weighing between 15,000 and 32,000 pounds were shaped by hand on-site to create the defining features of public areas.
