The three-story Eustace Hall combines Queen Anne, Richardsonian Romanesque, and Shingle Style architectural elements with red brick and stone accents throughout its exterior.
Built in 1888 as the Horticultural Laboratory Building, Eustace Hall served as the home for Michigan State University's horticulture department until 1924.
The building houses the MSU Honors College following a 1999 renovation funded by alumni Jeffrey and Kathryn Cole, leading to its current name Eustace-Cole Hall.
Located on Laboratory Row at coordinates 42.698889, -84.4475, Eustace Hall stands as the third-oldest structure on the Michigan State University campus.
This structure holds distinction as the only building on Michigan State University's campus listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
