Upon its completion in 1995, the structure stood as Vietnam's tallest building until Saigon Centre 1 surpassed it with a height of 106 meters.
The building represents the emergence of international business architecture in Vietnam, marking a shift toward modern commercial development in Ho Chi Minh City.
The tower contains 21 floors with a net area of 20,800 square meters, offering 2.7-meter ceiling heights and seven elevators for efficient vertical transportation.
Located at the intersection of four major streets including Nguyen Hue Boulevard, the building maintains Grade A office standards with three basement parking levels.
