Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, High-rise hotel in Ortigas Center, Philippines
Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is a 41-story hotel tower standing 180 meters tall with over 300 rooms and multiple restaurants distributed throughout its structure. The building was designed by Mohri Architect & Associates and occupies a prominent position within the business district.
Construction began in October 2010 under Xin Tian TI Development Corporation and the building opened to guests in July 2014. The project represented a significant investment in the continued development of the Ortigas business center.
The building displays works by local artist Jinggoy Buensuceso throughout its spaces, reflecting Filipino artistic traditions within the contemporary design.
The main lobby and most facilities are located in the upper floors, with the infinity pool, spa, and fitness center on the 22nd floor. This arrangement allows visitors to enjoy amenities while overlooking the business district from elevated positions.
All primary amenities are concentrated in the upper sections of the tower, creating an unusual sky hotel concept that inverts the typical skyscraper layout. This design places guests in the heights rather than organizing services vertically throughout the building.
