The construction of this PHP 3 billion project began in October 2010 under Xin Tian TI Development Corporation and opened its doors in July 2014.
The building incorporates Filipino artistic elements through displayed works by local artist Jinggoy Buensuceso, complementing the architectural design by Mohri Architect & Associates.
The hotel positions its main lobby on the 24th floor, with guest facilities including an indoor infinity pool, spa, and fitness center on the 22nd floor.
The structure functions as a sky hotel, with all primary amenities and services concentrated in the upper sections of the building above the Ortigas business district.
