Praia Fluvial da Tapada Grande

Praia Fluvial da Tapada Grande is a river beach in a reservoir with sandy and grassy zones designed for swimming and recreation. The site includes changing rooms, showers, picnic areas, parking, and a restaurant with outdoor seating.

The beach sits alongside the former mining area of Sao Domingos, where copper extraction took place extensively during the 19th and 20th centuries. The dam and reservoir developed the landscape of this historical industrial site.
