Stadionul Municipal

The Stadionul Municipal is a football stadium in Râmnicu Vâlcea with a grass field and seating capacity for around 12,000 spectators. The facility sits near Zăvoi Park and offers standard amenities for sporting events and training activities.

The stadium opened in 1946 as the home ground for the Chimia Râmnicu Vâlcea football club. In 2004, the SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea team took over the facility and has used it as their home base since then.
