The park belonged to a historical estate from which the building remains, currently functioning as a rehabilitation hospital for more than five decades.
The park contains a memorial dedicated to the Panfilov Heroes who defended Moscow against German forces during the autumn of 1941.
Located near Khovrino station, the park offers walking trails and picnic areas, though many paths require maintenance due to deteriorated asphalt.
The park includes a section of the Likhoborka River, which was redirected into underground collectors during the Soviet period.
