The park spreads across 87 hectares along the elevated banks of the Volga River, featuring walking paths, sports areas and entertainment zones.
The park establishment began in 1969 to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Cheboksary, with its official opening ceremony taking place in January 1978.
The park houses several wooden sculptures dedicated to Chuvash traditions, including ritual art pieces made from oak trees and the multi-petaled Rose of Peace installation.
Located at 2 Maxim Gorky Avenue, the park provides facilities such as food vendors, restrooms, winter ice skating rinks, and children's play areas.
The Generation Alley contains twenty spruce trees planted in 2004 to honor individuals who contributed to the park's development and maintenance.
