Buri Ram

Buri Ram is an administrative city in northeastern Thailand organized into 19 sub-districts across 621 square kilometers. The area sits at around 163 meters elevation within a region known for its agricultural landscape and temple communities.

The settlement was originally called Muang Pae before being integrated into Siam during 19th-century administrative reforms. These changes brought a new name and established the structures that would shape the city's development.
