基隆聖安宮

The temple features multiple ornate statues of the sea goddess Mazu, complemented by detailed wooden carvings and traditional Taiwanese architectural elements throughout the building.

Established in 1967, this temple joined the network of Mazu temples across Taiwan, continuing the centuries-old tradition of maritime protection through spiritual devotion.

The temple maintains regular ceremonies and gatherings where local residents perform traditional rituals, burn incense, and present offerings to seek protection for seafarers.

Visitors can reach the temple via National Highway 1 through Yongkang interchange, or take a taxi from Keelung Railway Station to the temple entrance.

Many sailors and fishermen from Keelung Port visit this temple before departure to receive blessings and perform specific maritime protection ceremonies.
