Shui Wei Fishing Port

Shui Wei Fishing Port is a small harbor in Ruifang District designed to accommodate numerous medium and small fishing vessels. A white lighthouse stands prominently near the entrance to mark the location for vessels at sea.

The harbor was originally known by a different name and grew at the Shenao Cape location. Over time it became a central point for fishing operations in the region.

The port is shaped by the daily work of fishermen who unload their catch and prepare nets along the docks. This place reflects a traditional way of life that has centered on the sea for many generations.

A walking trail of roughly 300 meters runs alongside the harbor to a viewing platform with wide ocean and mountain views. The path is easy to walk and offers several spots to stop and look around.

The water in the harbor displays an unusual gold and blue sheen caused by iron hydroxide from nearby rocks rich in pyrite. This natural coloring draws the attention of photographers visiting the area.
