Chicago Title and Trust Center, Office tower in Chicago Loop, US
The Chicago Title and Trust Center reaches a height of 230 meters with its glass and steel structure spanning across 50 floors.
The 1992 construction of this tower replaced the former Greyhound Bus Station, marking a transformation in the downtown commercial landscape.
The building demonstrates the architectural preferences of the early 1990s through its eastern-facing slanted roof and illuminated upper sections.
The structure contains 23 elevators distributed throughout its 93,924 square meters of space, serving numerous businesses and offices.
Initial plans included a twin tower at 181 N. Clark Street, but this project was canceled twice, leading to the construction of a parking structure.
