Construction of the Comcast Center began in 2005 after two design revisions, with the building opening its doors to occupants in June 2008.
The building lobby features a 2,000-square-foot LED display called the Comcast Experience, which presents digital art and multimedia content throughout the day.
The 57-floor structure contains 35 elevators and provides direct access to Suburban Station, serving as the corporate headquarters for Comcast Corporation.
The building earned LEED certification through its water conservation system that reduces usage by 40 percent compared to standard office buildings.
