Camp Lohikan, Summer camp in Lake Como, Pennsylvania.
Camp Lohikan is a summer camp in the Pocono Mountains offering more than 65 activities including archery, circus arts, tennis, and water sports. The facility includes dedicated areas for different activity types throughout the grounds.
The camp was founded by the Buynak family in 1957, and Mark Buynak took over management in 1983. Since then, the facility has been continually developed and updated.
The camp draws children from across the country and around the world, creating a community where young people form friendships and develop hands-on skills.
Parents can manage their children's experience through the online platform CampMinder, where they can submit forms, make payments, and view photos. The platform makes communication and record-keeping easier for families.
The camp divides participants into three age groups with different program structures. While younger campers follow set schedules, older children can choose their preferred activities independently.
