Shaheed Zia Shishu Park spans 12.21 acres with artificial hills, a lake, and two bridges connecting different sections of the recreational space.
The park opened in February 2006 after the Rajshahi City Corporation invested 110 million BDT to create a green space for local residents.
The park serves as a central gathering place where families from Rajshahi come together for outdoor activities and community celebrations.
Visitors can access 70 different attractions including a mini railway, pedal boats, and numerous rides between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM daily.
The park features a two-story administrative building with entrances shaped like animals and an exit gate designed as an octopus.
