The interior contains wooden iconostasis carvings and frescoes that demonstrate the artistic traditions of Bulgarian Orthodox religious architecture.

The bell tower construction occurred in several phases over two decades, with master architects Petar Kazov, Dimitar Kazov, and Kuzman Michov contributing to its design.
