Doriga Palace, Medieval palace in Salas, Spain
The Doriga Palace features a central square tower with battlements, surrounded by a rectangular courtyard containing twelve stone columns with carved wooden blocks.
The palace construction began with a medieval tower in the 14th century, followed by a cubic addition in the 15th century and major renovations in 1600.
The property holds the designation of Bien de Interés Cultural and forms part of the UNESCO World Heritage site Routes of Santiago de Compostela.
The palace spans 1,892 square meters across five floors, with potential for conversion into a 42-room hotel while maintaining its historical features.
The palace grounds include La Casina, designed by architect Luis Bellido, and extend across 78,000 square meters of private estate land.
