Plaza de Toros La Glorieta, Bullring in Salamanca, Spain
The Plaza de Toros La Glorieta features three levels constructed with stone, wrought iron, and brick materials, with a ring diameter of 54 meters.
Built in 1892 by architects Mariano Carderera y Ponzán and Cecilio González-Domingo, the bullring officially opened its doors on September 11, 1893.
The venue hosts major bullfighting events during the Virgen de la Vega festival in September and traditionally on San Mateo Day.
Located at Avenida San Agustín 1, the arena accommodates 10,200 spectators across its multiple seating sections, including stands, boxes, and galleries.
In 2011, the bullring served as the finish line for a time trial stage of La Vuelta a España cycling competition.
