World Trade Center Seville

The World Trade Center Seville is an office building in Cartuja 93 Technological Park with a distinctive pyramidal shape, reddish metal base, and stepped glass roof. Five floors contain office space, conference rooms, and parking facilities for business operations.

The building opened in 1992 as an intelligent operations center for the Seville Universal Exhibition, managing primary activities during the six-month event. After the exhibition ended, it was converted into a business center for international trade operations.

The building houses Spain's first DNA bank and serves as a gathering point for international business professionals through regular trade conferences and professional meetings held within its spaces.

The building is located in the modern Cartuja 93 Technological Park and is easily accessible from various parts of the city. Visitors should check in advance whether special access permits are needed for business areas.

The interior features a garden courtyard flooded with natural light through the glass-covered pyramid top. This glass-wrapped space creates an unusual work environment with plants set within the modern structure.
