The transformation of this building into a gastronomic center marked a new era for Madrid's culinary scene when it opened its doors on July 17, 2014.
The venue combines Spanish gastronomy with international cuisines through restaurants operated by chefs from different regions, including Paco Roncero, Pepe Solla, and Marcos Morán.
