Western Water Park

Western Water Park is a recreational complex in Calvià featuring multiple water slides of varying heights, wave pools, and lazy rivers spread across a spacious area. The facility includes pools of different depths alongside various water attractions and shaded rest zones.

The park was established in the 1980s during a period of rapid tourism development in Calvià, becoming one of the first major water parks on the island. It marked a shift toward large-scale family entertainment venues in the region.

The park is designed to resemble an American frontier settlement, with wooden buildings and thematic details that create a distinctive visual setting. This design shapes how visitors move through and experience the space.

The site is easiest to reach by car, with ample parking available near the entrance. Visiting early in the morning or late in the afternoon helps you avoid the midday crowds that build up during warm months.

Professional divers perform free exhibitions at a dedicated diving pool, executing acrobatic jumps from various heights throughout the day. These shows are included with park admission and happen multiple times daily.
