Serpe-A Seca, White sand beach in Poio, Spain

Serpe-A Seca is a small beach in Poio with fine white sand and clear water. It stretches roughly 50 meters long and 10 meters wide, creating a compact and intimate bathing spot.

The beach lies along the Costa de las Rías Baixas, a coastline that has shaped Galicia's maritime identity for centuries. The area is rooted in the long fishing heritage of this region.

The place has long been tied to fishing, with small boats regularly departing from the nearby Port of Combarro. Local people have preserved their traditional ways of life and shape how the coast looks and feels.

There are over 100 parking spaces near the beach and good connections to the PO-308 motorway. The area is therefore easy to reach by car and convenient for visitors.

The water here stays calm and protected throughout the year, making swimming safe in most conditions. This natural sheltering allows the place to remain swimmable even when weather changes.
