The museum presents extensive documentation about the Benahoaritas, the original settlers who inhabited La Palma before the Spanish Crown incorporated the island in the 15th century.
The permanent exhibition reveals the customs, industries, and religious practices of La Palma's first inhabitants through a collection of archaeological discoveries.
Located at Calle Las Adelfas 3, the museum welcomes visitors Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00.
The facility contains specialized sections dedicated to the manufacturing techniques of stone tools and pottery used by the aboriginal population of La Palma.
