Hadar HaKarmel

Hadar HaKarmel is an administrative district on Mount Carmel's slopes in Haifa, stretching between the city's upper and lower sections. The area rises on the northern side with views of the port and bay below.

The district grew in its early years under Shmuel Pevzner's leadership and attracted many Jewish residents to the area. This expansion made it a significant part of Haifa's development during the 1900s.
