בית הקרנות, Commercial building in Hadar HaCarmel district, Haifa, Israel.
The Kranot Building stands at the intersection of Herzl and Balfour Streets, featuring a large public square and stone construction in International Style architecture.
The building was constructed in the 1930s to accommodate Jewish National Fund and Keren Hayesod offices, during a period of increased European immigration to Haifa.
From the 1930s until 1969, the Kranot Building functioned as a central location for civil gatherings, demonstrations, celebrations, and community events.
The structure contains retail spaces on the ground floor, office areas on upper levels, and connects to surrounding streets through multiple passage ways.
The building height was initially limited to two floors to preserve public views of the Technion building from Herzl Street.
