Jethabhai's Stepwell, Stepwell monument in Isanpur, Ahmedabad, India.

The structure extends 210 feet in length and features a large dome supported by twelve pillars at the western entrance pavilion.

Constructed in the 1860s, Jethabhai Jivanlal Nagjibhai obtained materials by dismantling existing mosques from Shah Alam and Qazi Hasan-ud-din.

The stepwell incorporates traditional Hindu architectural elements alongside repurposed Islamic features, including decorative mihrabs from former mosque structures.

Visitors can access the monument through the western entrance and explore four distinct pavilions connected by descending galleries.

The Archaeological Survey of India completed restoration work between 2017 and 2018 to maintain the structural integrity of this water heritage site.
