Provinciaal Suske en Wiske - Kindermuseum

The museum presents exhibits dedicated to Willy Vandersteen's comic series through multiple interactive displays, recreating the visual style of comic strips in physical form.

Established at the former residence and workplace of comic artist Willy Vandersteen, the museum maintains his reconstructed studio where he created stories since 1945.

Visitors enter through a tunnel into an adventure world that combines elements from diverse characters like Suske, Wiske, Piwo, De Rode Ridder, and De Geuzen.

The museum offers educational programs for schools, guided tours, workshops, and special activities in the poly room, with regular opening hours on Wednesdays and Sundays.

The exhibition space transforms comic book aesthetics into three-dimensional environments where children participate in creating new stories within comic-styled rooms.
