Grand Harbour, Mixed-use skyscraper in Etobicoke district, Toronto, Canada.

Grand Harbour is a residential complex in Toronto's Etobicoke neighbourhood featuring three apartment towers linked by a large arched passageway. The development combines glass exteriors with architectural details from different styles and includes several hundred units plus townhouses at street level.

The site was redeveloped starting in 1988, replacing two former motor hotels that had occupied the location. Its completion in 1992 marked a turning point in reshaping Toronto's harbour area from its older commercial past.

The location shows how Toronto's waterfront shifted from old motor lodges to a contemporary residential neighbourhood. You can see this change reflected in the mix of building styles that shape the area today.

The complex sits right on the waterfront and is easy to reach on foot or by public transit. The surrounding area offers parks, shops, and dining options that make a visit enjoyable.

The building deliberately mixes different architectural styles like neo-gothic and classical elements within a single structure, setting it apart from standard modern towers. This decorative blended approach was a conscious design choice in the early 1990s that remains visible today.
