Palm Springs (加州花園) is a residential estate in Miu Po and Sheung Yuet, Yuen Long, developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and managed by its subsidiary Kai Shing Management Services. It contains 980 garden houses, each with a private car park and garden, arranged in five phases: Jieshi House, Junshi House, Weishi House, Mingshi House and Yashi House.

Palm Springs was built by Sun Hung Kai Properties at Miu Po and Sheung Yuet in Yuen Long, and its 980 houses are grouped into five phases: Jieshi, Junshi, Weishi, Mingshi and Yashi Ju. Kaisheng Management Services, a Sun Hung Kai subsidiary, manages the estate. The two-storey Palm Springs Plaza, with 46,483 square feet of retail space, serves the residents.

The name Palm Springs echoes the Californian resort, while the Chinese name 加州花園 means "California Garden". The five phases are named after ranks of officials: 爵仕居, 俊仕居, 偉仕居, 名仕居 and 雅仕居. The on-site Palm Springs Plaza contains a kindergarten, a church meeting hall and a supermarket.

Palm Springs is self-contained: the two-storey Palm Springs Plaza of 46,483 sq ft holds a 7-Eleven, a fusion by PARKnSHOP supermarket, banks and estate agencies, a laundry and a kindergarten. The clubhouse provides a swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, a gym, a dance room, a banquet hall, a children's playroom, a billiards room and karaoke. Kui Shing Property Management handles daily upkeep.
