Morphosis Architects initiated the design process in 2012, completing the core and shell construction of this innovative structure by 2018.
The building exemplifies the transformation of Shenzhen from a manufacturing center into a global financial and technological hub through architectural advancement.
The tower incorporates pedestrian bridges connecting the offset core to the main structure, allowing efficient movement between different sections without returning to ground level.
The core stands 35 feet separate from the main tower, creating a distinctive silhouette while providing enhanced views and internal circulation patterns.
