Luodian Red Cross Monument, Red Cross memorial monument in Luodian, China

The Luodian Red Cross Monument is a stone structure in the Luodian district of Shanghai that marks the history of Red Cross activities in the area. The structure combines Chinese memorial architecture with symbols of the international humanitarian organization.

The monument was first erected in October 1946 by the Chinese Red Cross Society at the spot where four of its Shanghai branch ambulance team members were killed in August 1937. A replacement was put up in 1981 by the Baoshan County Civil Affairs Bureau, and in 1984 the Shanghai Cultural Relics Management Committee rebuilt it at 1.5 times the original size, 15 metres west of the old site; it was unveiled on 3 September 1985. It became a Shanghai War of Resistance memorial site in 1984 and a Shanghai Cultural Relics Protection Unit in 2014.

The stele's front bears the inscription "Monument to the Martyrs of the First Ambulance Corps of the Red Cross Society of China, Killed in the War of Resistance", carved in clerical script. Its sides recount how Su Keji, Liu Zhongwu, Xie Huixian and Chen Xiufang died, and porcelain portraits of the four are set into the east and west faces.

The monument stands inside the grounds of Chen Bochui Middle School at No. 15, Lane 352, Luotai Road, in Luodian Town, Baoshan District. As it sits on school property, visits depend on the school's opening arrangements rather than on a public street frontage. The stele faces the school's northwest corner, where the 1981 replacement was erected.

The monument is the only one in mainland China dedicated to Red Cross martyrs, as of March 2016. Its east and west faces hold porcelain portraits of the four killed aid workers: Su Keji, Liu Zhongwu, Xie Huixian and Chen Xiufang.
