Berufskolleg Deutzer Freiheit

The Berufskolleg Deutzer Freiheit features a T-shaped structure with a single-story wing and a four-story cross-building made of reinforced concrete and masonry infill.

Founded in 1951, the educational institution expanded its programs throughout the decades, integrating the School for Business into its curriculum in 1991.

The college maintains programs for 1,900 students with 90 teachers, offering courses in business administration, economics, and commercial studies in multiple languages.

Students complete a mandatory two-week internship during the 12th grade, with opportunities for international placements supported by European Union funding.

The institution earned second place in the 2007 Vocational School Prize for its programs developing intercultural competencies through business education.
