The Stalburg Theater operates in a former dance hall, presenting performances throughout the year from September to June with wheelchair limited access.
The property's history dates to 1415, when it belonged to Claus Stalburg, a Frankfurt patrician, and underwent baroque renovations in the early 18th century.
The theater produces 80 percent of its own shows while hosting guest ensembles and cabaret artists for the remaining programming throughout the season.
Located at Glauburgstr 80, the theater offers student tickets for 8 euros and accepts venue rental requests for conferences and private celebrations.
Since 2003, the theater organizes Stoffel, a four-week summer outdoor event in Günthersburgpark with two free daily programs.
