Schloss Nussdorf, Medieval château in Eberdingen, Germany
The stone château features unplastered rubble masonry walls, an inner courtyard with cloisters, and a surrounding English landscape garden spanning one hectare.
Originally constructed in the 15th century, the château underwent reconstruction in 1878 under Richard Freiherr von Reischach, chief court master to Queen Olga of Württemberg.
The protected monument complex includes the main building, park enclosure, former coach house, estate manager residence, and additional service structures.
The château grounds connect to numerous hiking trails in the Kraichgau-Stromberg region, including the 5.16-kilometer Rathaus Nussdorf nature path.
The northern section preserves its original medieval tower, while the southern wing incorporates architectural elements from the 1887 renovation by Stuttgart architects.
