The park extends across 11 hectares near the Øresund coast, featuring extensive walking paths, green spaces, and two preserved cottage buildings.
The area originated as part of Klampenborg Spa in 1845, when physician Jón Hjaltalin established Denmark's first spa facility with architect Michael Gottlieb Bindesbøll.
Two restaurants operate from the preserved cottages, with Den Røde Cottage receiving recognition from the Michelin Guide for culinary excellence.
Visitors find parking spaces near Den Røde Cottage and along Strandvejen, with benches, tables, and waste bins distributed throughout the grounds.
The park contains four original structures from Klampenborg Spa, including Den Gule Cottage with its thatched roof and Henrik Kühl clock installation.
