Tlemcen Province

The territory of Tlemcen Province spans 9,061 square kilometers across varied landscapes, from Mediterranean coastline to mountainous regions reaching 1,006 meters elevation.

Established in 1974, Tlemcen Province emerged from the reorganization of former Oran and Tlemcen departments during Algeria's administrative reforms.
