UB City, Commercial property in Vittal Mallya Road, Bengaluru, India
UB City is a business district along Vittal Mallya Road in Bengaluru featuring four towers with shops, offices and apartments. The complex spans roughly 13 acres (5.3 hectares) and combines ground-level retail spaces with higher office and residential floors.
The project arose from a partnership between UB Group and Prestige Group on a former company site. Opening took place in 2008, turning the area into a mixed-use business center.
The complex draws shoppers looking for international brands and offers restaurants where locals celebrate special occasions. Galleries and event areas regularly showcase contemporary Indian art and live concerts.
Visitors reach upper floors through elevators in each tower and find parking spaces in the underground garages. A rooftop helipad offers rapid access to the international airport.
One of the towers reaches 123 meters (404 feet) in height with 20 floors and serves as headquarters for India's largest brewing group. Glass facades reflect daylight and shift in appearance with changing weather conditions.
