The facility serves as an educational center where local students and families learn about aquatic ecosystems and environmental conservation through guided tours.
The aquarium opens daily except Mondays and the second Tuesday of each month from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Admission costs 15 rupees per person and the exhibition spans multiple floors with different themed areas.
The second floor displays 69 tanks arranged in two parallel rows. There, Siamese fighters swim alongside angelfish and freshwater prawns from different Indian waters.
