San Giovanni Bosco, Minor basilica in Don Bosco district, Rome, Italy

The basilica features a rectangular block design with two domes, where the main dome spans 40 meters in diameter, rising to 47 meters in height.

Construction began in September 1952 following architect Gaetano Rapisardi's winning design, and the consecration ceremony took place on May 2, 1959.

The interior displays 32 stained glass windows in the main dome depicting Biblical scenes, while the smaller dome illustrates the Seven Sacraments.

The church contains three naves separated by twelve marble pillars, with the central nave measuring 29 meters in width and two bell towers.

The bronze entrance doors, created by Federico Papi in 1958, display the symbols of four evangelists and four moments of Don Bosco's life in Rome.
