Church of Saint Faustino in Riposo

The circular stone building features a terracotta conical roof with a bell chamber containing four arched windows and a distinctive pointed crown.

The original chapel from the 8th century burned down in the 12th century, leading to the construction of the current structure with modifications in later centuries.

The church houses a statue of Santa Rita and numerous ex-voto offerings, making it a center for devotional practices among local residents.

Visitors can enter through a small door located beneath the Porta Bruciata tower, accessing the church from a narrow alley off Via dei Musei.

The bell tower resembles an inverted pine cone with its cylindrical stone structure and notched brick conical roof, a rare architectural feature in Northern Italy.
