The Spirito Santo church features a semicircular staircase with twelve steps leading to the entrance and a vestibule containing a Massabielle grotto replica.
The religious building was constructed between the late 16th and early 17th centuries by the Coopers Brotherhood, who buried their members under the main altar.
A marble plaque from 1625 displays carved symbols of hammers, baskets, and barrels, connecting the church to the local Coopers Guild heritage.
The church maintains its status as a parish headquarters overseeing several local churches, including the Santa Maria di Pozzano sanctuary basilica.
The main altar houses a 1772 painting by Giovan Battista Rossi depicting the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles.
