Museum of art of the province of Nuoro

The Museum of Art occupies a 1920s building in central Nuoro and displays contemporary artworks across its interior spaces. The exhibition areas feature works in different styles and periods, organized thematically throughout the building.

The institution was founded in 1999 by consolidating art collections from various public sources across Nuoro. Administrative independence came several years later, giving it full management control.
