The Oratorio del Santissimo Sacramento al Tritone features a single nave interior with nineteenth-century frescoes created by artist Luigi Martinori between 1865 and 1867.
The structure, initially constructed between 1576 and 1596 for the Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament, underwent complete reconstruction in 1727 under architectural supervision.
The high altar displays a notable painting of the Holy Family by Francesco Trevisani, representing the religious artistry of eighteenth-century Roman Catholic traditions.
The Oratory, located at Piazza Poli 11, maintains regular service schedules through the Arciconfraternita del Santissimo Sacramento di Santa Maria in Via.
The nineteenth-century construction of Via del Tritone required the removal of adjacent buildings, altering the original architectural configuration of this religious complex.
