Villa Ruggiero, 18th century villa in Ercolano, Italy

The villa features an elegant archway made of piperno and white marble, with engaged columns supporting a decorative balcony at the entrance.

Baron Enrico Petti constructed the villa in the mid-1700s, and the Ruggiero family acquired the property in 1863, maintaining ownership until 1985.

The noble floor contains a grand ballroom decorated with floral frescoes and naturalistic motifs that reflect the artistic preferences of the period.

The villa, located at Via Alessandro Rossi 4 in Ercolano, operates Monday through Friday from 8:20 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.

The garden includes a central avenue bordered by benches and a citrus grove, following the traditional layout of 18th-century Vesuvian parks.
