Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse

The red brick complex contains two preserved warehouses that function as retail spaces, restaurants, and exhibition halls near Yokohama Port.

Built in 1910 as customs warehouses during Japan's industrial modernization period, the buildings reopened as a commercial center in April 2002.

The warehouses host exhibitions, dance performances, music concerts, and seasonal events throughout the year in dedicated performance spaces.

Visitors can access the center from 10:00 to 19:00 via train stations, buses, or water taxis connecting to multiple points in Yokohama.

The buildings earned recognition as Heritage of Industrial Modernization sites and received the BCS Prize for architectural excellence.
