Enchō-en, Chinese garden and theme park in Yurihama, Japan
The 10,000-square-meter garden contains traditional Chinese buildings, pavilions, bridges, and an artificial waterfall overlooking Lake Togo in Tottori Prefecture.
The garden was established in 1995 to celebrate the sister relationship between Tottori Prefecture and Hebei Province, with materials and designs sourced directly from China.
The imperial-style stroll garden features 28 specific viewpoints, ochre-colored roof tiles traditionally reserved for Chinese emperors, and numerous covered pathways.
Foreign visitors receive a 50 percent discount on entry fees, with adult tickets priced at 500 yen and children tickets at 200 yen.
The garden serves as a filming location and hosts cosplay events where visitors can rent Chinese costumes while exploring the grounds.
